I purchased my laptop Feb 22 from Office Max and I absolutely love it! It is perfect for watching movies and multitasking with multiple windows open. Once I get back on my 14in Sony, I get annoyed because I am used to a larger screen and it is really a plus. I would recommend a laptop cooling stand because I do use it for movies/tv on my Windows Media Center, it gets hot a lot and the cooling stand will help preserve it longer. The mouse pad is rather difficult at first, it is a tab bit hard but I have gotten used to it, it doesn't bother me anymore. One thing I will recommend it getting a privacy screen because the screen is very large, while out in public your information can be easily noticeable.

I love the laptop for the most part. I mostly use it for travel, and have only traveled once since the purchase. I was trying to install software, and encountered the same issue I did when I was out of town. Everything is working fine, and then the mouse/touch-pad quits working. I tried turning on/off several times the first time it happened, but nothing seemed to help. The next morning, booted, and everything worked as normal. That was a month ago, and now tonight..same problem.

Where do I go from here? I don't really want to return it, just hoping to find out what the issue is. Please advise. The laptop has 2 or 3 hours at most on it, and that was mostly installs and updates.
